WE maybe a quarter of the way through 2012 already, but this April, Leaf on Bold Street is hosting events that tick all the new year’s resolution boxes.
With a mix of cultural, creative and craft workshops, Leaf is hosting events where participants will take away new skills, musical instruments and culinary creations – while enjoying homemade cakes, a full menu and a choice of hundreds of loose leaf teas.
On Monday, April 2 there will be an experimental luthier workshop, where budding musicians can learn how to make a string instrument.
The following day, April 3, there’s an edible Easter bunny workshop, where participants can craft a sugar paste cream egg rabbit. There’s also the return of the popular pudding club, with five courses of homemade puds.

On April 10, The Language Circle will be in the house for anyone who wants to exchange language skills in a relaxed environment.

To celebrate World Book Day, Leaf will be creating a book worm sanctuary on April 23.
